How telehealth works

Using our telehealth service is simple, secure, and designed around your needs. Once you’ve scheduled an appointment—by calling your nearest branch—you’ll receive a secure link for your consultation. At your scheduled time, you can connect with your provider using your smartphone, tablet or computer. The consultation mirrors an in-person experience, allowing for medical discussion, follow-up advice, prescription adjustments, and referrals if necessary. Our team ensures that your care continues seamlessly, even when you can’t visit in person.

What can be managed via telehealth?

Our Telehealth supports a wide range of follow-up care, designed to keep your treatment plans on track and reduce unnecessary clinic visits. Our virtual consultations are particularly well-suited for patients managing chronic conditions or requiring check-ins after a previous consultation.

Prescription reviews and renewals

If you are stable on treatment and need a repeat script, telehealth allows your provider to review your medication plan and issue refills without needing a physical consultation. This applies to chronic medications, mental health treatments, contraceptives, and allergy management.

Mental health support

We understand that continuity is key when managing mental health. Through telehealth, you can continue consultations related to anxiety, depression, stress, sleep challenges, or behavioural concerns. These sessions can be used to adjust medication, review coping strategies, or simply check in on how you’re progressing.

Chronic condition monitoring

For patients with long-term health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma or thyroid disorders, telehealth offers a reliable way to monitor symptoms, review progress, and adjust medication dosages. You can also discuss lifestyle changes or share home readings like blood pressure, blood sugar, or peak flow measurements, which help your provider make informed decisions remotely.

Follow-up consultations

Virtual appointments are ideal for reviewing laboratory or imaging results, checking recovery from minor procedures, monitoring treatment side effects, or discussing specialist referral outcomes. Your provider remains accessible for guidance and continuity of care.
