Medical aid accepted
We are contracted to most major South African medical aids. We work directly with your scheme to simplify billing and ensure your visit is covered wherever possible.
However, it is important to note that the responsibility for payment always rests with the patient. Medical aid operates like a credit facility, patients must ensure they have available funds or day-to-day benefits for the consultation to be reimbursed. If a claim is rejected or funds are depleted, patients remain liable for the full cost of care.
